Our jigsaws are created specially for every child. Each jigsaw is printed and produced on demand, so the delivery times shown here are ESTIMATED times only.
We aim to have your jigsaw ready for dispatch within 10 working days from when you submit your order. If you need your jigsaw urgently, then please get in touch and we will see what we can do. Due to the many steps required for production, this is not always possible but we will try.
Mistakes with the order
Please check the delivery address in your confirmation email, and get in touch as soon as possible if any changes are needed. Rumpuspuss Ltd will not be liable for failed deliveries as a result of incorrect details being provided to us and you will be charged a return fee. If you wrongfully fail to take delivery of the order then we are unable to refund the price. We are unable to process orders to a PO Box delivery address.
Since each order is personalised, please check the details that you have provided on your order confirmation email and get in touch straight away with any changes that need making. This is especially important for the spelling of the name. If production has not begun, we can make the changes at no cost.
Standard delivery: Jigsaws will be sent by Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class. Once posted, this service aims to deliver within one working day and requires a signature upon delivery.
Returning Items and Refunds
Once you receive your order, please check it for mistakes or faults and let us know as soon as possible, and within 7 days. If the mistake was made by us, then we will send out a replacement at no cost to you..
Refunds will only be made against the original method of payment. We will refund the price of the product, not the cost of postage.
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for any reason other than there is a mistake made by us or the product is faulty. You must return products to us in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery before any refund or replacement is arranged. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, we cannot be held liable for any returned items that do not arrive with us.
Once an order is placed, you cannot cancel the order unless more than 40 days has passed since you placed the order and you have not received it.
